About Paul
The Journey behind the choice
Excellence isn't an accident. It's a CHOICE.
For more than two decades, I have had the privilege of cooking for celebrities, professional athletes, Fortune 500 executives, and families around the world. My career has taken me across multiple continents, onto television, into boardrooms, and onto stages where have shared my experiences with students, professionals, and emerging leaders.
From the outside, it looked like success. Behind the scenes, however, my journey looked very different.
But like many people, I have learned that success doesn't exempt us from adversity.
For most of my life, I experienced the world differently. Struggled with things that seemed to come naturally to other people. Yet those same differences helped me develop the qualities that became the foundation of my career: relentless focus, attention to detail, curiosity, and an unwavering drive for excellence. Whether you call that neurodivergence or simply a different way of thinking, it taught me to build a life around my strengths instead of my limitations.
Later, a devastating automobile accident changed my life and led to multiple surgeries, months of recovery, and difficult questions about my future. During that season, I discovered something that continues to shape every part of my life:
Excellence isn't revealed when life is easy. It's revealed by the CHOICES we make when life is difficult. That realization became more than a lesson, it became the philosophy.
Today, my goal is to help organizations develop leaders who don't simply endure adversity, they prepare for it. Through personal stories, practical strategies, and real-world experience, equip audiences with the mindset to respond with resilience, discipline, and purpose long after the applause ends.
Whether speaking to executives, educators, athletes, or students, my mission remains the same: equip individuals and organizations with the mindset and practical tools to face adversity, CHOOSE excellence, and transform setbacks into purposeful action.
Because in every career, every organization, and every life, adversity is inevitable. How we respond is always a CHOICE.

The vehicle was destroyed. My purpose was not.
The collision changed my body, but it didn't define my future.
